05 July 2017 Dear Sir/Madam,

MY Mom has income from Pension and Agriculture.
My Mom have not filled ITR for Ass year 2015-2016 and 2014-2015 as taxable income is less than 250000.
Will it create any problem ?
Is there any way to fill ITR2 for Ass year 2015-2016 ?

05 July 2017 It will not create problem. You cannot file thr return for AY 15-16

Thank you for your reply.
I have Filled ITR2 for AY 2016-2017.We got this intimation U/S 143(1) regarding same.
I have checked the Initiation Letter,
As per My understanding there is mismatch in REFUND AMOUNT 38= (37-32).
Refund Amount as Provided by Taxpayer in Return of Income is 0.
Refund Amount as Computed under Section 143(1) (IN RUPEES) is 1.

I have Filled ITR2A form provided by Income Tax department.
As per that Form Refund Amount is 0.
Income Tax Tool/Excel Sheet provided by Income tax department showing Refund Amount 0 If Refund Amount is less than 5.

Request you to please help me What I Need to do now?
As per My Understating I need to select No Further Data Correction Require. Reprocess the Cases Option for Rectification Return. Please Confirm.

13 July 2017 Kindly check in order of 143(1) whether any tax is payable or receivable. As per my understanding of your above reply you don't have to do anything
