ITR form in case of search/requisition u/s 132/132A of I.T.

04 September 2010 One of My client being partnership firm at where search operations/requisions are carried out/made by I.T. Department during the current F.Y. Thereafter the concerned A.O. issued notice to furnish Income tax return for last six Assesement Years (i.e. for Asst.Year 2005-06 to 2010-11) I know that For Asst. Year 2007-08 to till the current Asst. Year The ITR form-5 will be applicable.

Now query is which ITR form will be used for Asst. Year 2005-06 & 2006-07.

Please reply urgently & thanks in advance.
