27 November 2013 Sir as the the firm is a contractor it comes under 44AB. Are we required to upload an audit report online. Even though the turnover is not exceeding 1 crore?

27 November 2013 Why is the firm coming u/s 44AB if turnover not exceeding Rs. 1 crore. In case firm liable to audit due to section 44AD then also tax audit report to be furnished electronically.
