A proprietor firm carrying a construction work, which ITR shall shall be applicable if the total turnover not exceeding 1 crore.?

Sir as the the firm is a contractor it comes under 44AB. Are we required to upload an audit report online. Even though the turnover is not exceeding 1 crore?

Why is the firm coming u/s 44AB if turnover not exceeding Rs. 1 crore. In case firm liable to audit due to section 44AD then also tax audit report to be furnished electronically.
