ITR 6 E-filing (Belated Return)

We have a corporate client who had not filed their return for the Assessment Year 2007-08 and 08-09.Now the problem is that when we make an attempt to file the return online(as it is compulsory)the site refuses to accept the same as it is not submitted before 31.3.2009 and 31.3.2010 respectively.Please suggest us a remedy for the said problem.

Thanks but then what should we do in this case.Notice has not yet been served on the client.I mean, what should be our next step.
