IT refunds & address change

I have been filing returns from Hyderabd till AY 2007-08. After this it is online for last 3 years from Mumbai. I also changed my address in the returns as well as Income tax of India website.
I noticed on the NSDL-TIN site that my refund for 2007-08 was returned as i was not available at Hyderabad address.
My address on TIN site continues to be at Hyderabad.
How do i change my address,
How do i get my refunds for 2007-08, 2008-09
