whether exemption u/s 10(23) is available to a society registered under "The Haryana Registration and Regulation of Society act, 2012". The main object of proposed society is to operate a school.

you can benefit under section 10(23c)(iiiad) if the gross receipts of the school does not exceeds 1 crore..
