Dear All,
Can a private limited company gets its debetures listed on stck exchange, if yes? How
Also can a private limited company issue unsecured debentures and then get it listed in stock exchange?

Since Stock Exchange is a place where securities can be bought and sold by the public, a Pvt. Ltd. Company's securities cannot be listed on a stock exchange.
If such type of company issues unsecured debentures, it will have to follow the Companies Acceptance of Deposit Rules,1975.Further,it cannot make any invitation to the public to subscribe for its unsecured debentures.However, it can accept such type of debentures from its directors or their relatives or friends.
