Suppose,
Q1.I'm NRI for the A.Y. 2010-11.
I have been employee of an Indian Shipping Co. on contract basis for the period of more than 182 days outside India. Company has deposited my salary in my NRE account is this salary taxable
under section 5(2), received or deemed to be received in India.
Q2.Moreover, what does the word "Indian Ship" Under exceptions of section 6(1) denotes?
Please answer elaborately.....
