IS Form No 3CD has changed?

21 August 2010 Can any one can tell me that Form No 3CD ie Statement of Particulars required to be furnished under section 44AB of the Income Tax Act,1961 Is changed or Not ?
As I had filled last year format form of 3CD excluding Annexure II of Fringe Benefits

21 August 2010 No there is no changes after that. Still FBT annexure to be given even after FBT has been abolished. However NIL figures only to be mentioned in the annexure.
