Hi Expert,
Generally, based on Form 16 & other details, tax computation is prepared and then Income Tax Return is filed for an individual.
Is there any change in requirement which makes preparing Balance Sheet & Personal Accounts a necessity for filing Salary Return?
If yes, is any format prescribed for BS and Personal Accounts?

there is no such requirement.
you can file ITR on the basis of Form - 16, if he has only salary income.
