Ipcc copy not checked correctly

Sir,
please kindly tell me that what is the procedure of filling a case against the ICAI for not checking the copy fairly?
I got my certified copies of ca ipcc exam and its was intentionally cutted down the marks.
So,i just wanted to file a case against ICAI.
Please tell me the procedure.

You cannot file a case, read the terms & conditions in form to get the verified copies.

I got my certified copy.
And by seeing that only i know that icai do not do fair checking of the copies.

In terms & conditions of form to get the copies that you signed it is mentioned that you cannot take legal action.

As per the case:-
Sahiti and Ors. Vs. Respondent: The Chancellor, Dr. N.T.R. University of Health Sciences and Ors 6202 of 2008/ Decided on 22.10.2008.
decision deals with the right of the student or candidate to claim re-examination/re evaluation of his answer sheet and the power of the High Court to order revaluation of answer sheets.
