Dear sir,
if after implementation of gst we need pay maual invoice or computer generated invoice, and also help me in how to calculate ,CGST, IGST, SGST,

You can prepare manual invoice also.
Basic amount=100+18%(IGST)= 118 (Total value of invoice)
Basic amount=100+9%(CGST)+9%(SGST)= 118 (Total Invoice value)
Basic amount=100+18%(IGST)= 118 (Total value of invoice)
