PLEASE SUGGEST WHICH INVOICE RAISED TO UNREGISTERED CUSTOMERS OR CONSUMER - TAX INVOICE OR BILL OF SUPPLY
AND ALSO ISSUE US CORRECT FORMAT OF BOTH
AND ALSO ISSUE US CORRECT FORMAT OF BOTH

To an unregd customer, you can issue any invoice (Tax invoice or bill of supply) because customer is not going to avail ITC.
There is no prescribed format for the invoice, but some contents have been made mandatory to be shown in the invoice.
