i hv client who had unsecurd loan from his wife Rs26 Lac & Rs 25 Lac from his HUF wht will be Intrest does here TDS Attreact my client is already under tax audit but if we issue forn 15c then

TDS will be attracted but it is subject to limits u/s194A
Also the client should have been liable for tax audit in the previous year.
