In year 2009-10 for having housing loan we need to file TR-2 only. I had filled ITR-2 only bt while filling onlineITR-2 I had not claimed setoof against loss of House property against salary income.nd It has be treate as Carried Forwad loss of Current Year. Whether I can calim now by filling ectification U/s154.or what other option is avalable to me.?

file for rectification if there was no mistake from your side in filing the return.
If mistake is from your side then revise the return and file for rectifcation u/s 154.

I ave received intimation U/s 143. So its not open for me to file revised.As per intimation demand is raised by not allowing this deduction as I had forgot to adjust while filling return. Still Can I file rectificaton U/S 154 ?

First file revised return and then file for rectification to consider the revise return. For A. Y. 2009 - 10 the return can be revised till 31st March, 2011 or completion of assessment u/s 143(3) whichever is earlier.
