Can a CA student get registered under a CA firm but work for industrial training in a company.

Never heard of such a thing. However if ur principal and other party is ok with this kind of set up then no problem unless u get caught by the ICAI i. e. it could be done unofficially only. If u get caught then articleship period could be derecognised.
