We are in consulting & Engineering , we have sent one employee since 3months to South Africa for our business development. Now our HR is saying that to treat his salary as 70% in consultant dollars and 30% is indian rupees as salary.Is this correct to treat if correct how we need to account and how we need to calculate TDS.Please help me out
