02 January 2016 sir, a ITR for AY 2015-16 has been filed with wrong account number and CPC made payment whether the assesse name is different from account in which payment is made. Is there any way to make refund payment to genuine person?

02 January 2016 You should submit a written application to your AO. If you filed the ITR online then change the account no. by clicking on "change ITR particular" link given on IT Portal.
