dear experts,
one of my friend is commission agent ( bank loan) can i filed the income tax return Form-4 under 44AD income below Rs. 20lac.

commission agent is not eligible for presumptive taxation u/s 44AD. So, for filing return of commission agent, ITR 3 to be used.
