11 September 2012 Dear sir,

Is it possible to file income tax return for the assessment year 2010-11 ( financial year 2009-10)if the turnover is more than 1 Crore.
Plz tell me is there any maximum time to file IT returns as per income tax act.

11 September 2012 You cant file for AY 2010-11 online, you need to file it offline.

Online you can file for last two Assessment years only.

For offline they accept as special consideration.
