Pls. confirm me about the matter below;
Tax Audited Propiter firm mandatory to submit their I.T return through e- filling.
I am confusing about that matter. Pls. help me as quick as possible.

19 September 2009 No , only in case of company & partnership firm ( If fall under sec.44AB Of income tax Act )I.T return through e- filling is mandatory.

In case of Individual falling u/s 44AB is exempt to file e- return. He can file In paper format.
