If i am engaged in development of WEB sites, than whether it will be considered as my business or have to consider it as a Profession for section 44AB.

Preparing computer software programme and selling the same is considered as notified profession for section 44AA and 44AB. So, according to my view, developing of websites is also a profession and not a business.
