sir i want to know that the income of nri is taxable in india. A salary holder person or citizen in india, but NRI.........sir plzzzzzzzzz rply me.......

If the assessee is a NRI then only his income accuring in India will be taxable and not his global income.
01 October 2012
Salaried person's icome taxaability shall be based on the place where such services rae rendered by such NRI.
