28 May 2014 the person worked in private shop and salary paid him in cash.
How can file his return....

29 May 2014 Dear Nitin ji,

no issue in filing of IT return. you have to mention your gross salary in your IT return and claim eligible deduction from it and file your return.

note: for safe side you can get annual salary certificate from your your employer.

thanks for your reply.

but i have little confusion.

can we file his return(income comes from salary)under ITR-1 or (income from other source) under ITR-4.

because he works at local shop and he is not getting any salary certificate from the employer.
the employer does not have TAN no. & PAN no.

03 October 2014 No issue if he not getting any salary certificate, he is under employment as a salaried person that is important.

this is the fact of case, not issuing any salary certificate or not having TAN or PAN is employers problem.
