13 September 2022 Income from Franchise healthcare lab. Is TDS applicable for refund or I have to show as nontaxable income.

16 September 2022 I believe the question is about filing your individual ITR with income from the mentioned business. In that case either you have to compute your taxable income either under presumptive taxation (if eligible) or as per the books of accounts maintained. If the tax liability determined is zero or less than TDS, already done on your receipts, then you would get a refund. Hope this addresses your question
