07 February 2017 Yes, ITR must be filed if the Income exceeds taxable limit. As far as I think You should Pay tax by using section 44AD.So if you are doing business in Individual capacity, you need to Pay tax if Your Taxable Income exceeds INR 2.5 Lakhs for AY 2016-`17.I think ITR 4S should apply
