Does the Company already incorporated under Companies Act, 2013 needs to be file this form. Company is in operation since 2011. Is each and every company needs to file this form.

No. The obligation for filing INC-20 A by companies is effective from 02.11.2018 from the date of effective date of ordinance. Companies incorporated after this date, are required to comply with this ordinance.
