09 February 2009 In form 20b (Annual return) point no. 5 c Whether extension in AGM granted No is not Accepted in my form . I fillled this form several times after fresh download.

09 February 2009 If you have filled up date of agm is beyond the due date of agm then it will not accept no in point no.5c.

Please check again the dates you have given for date of agm and due date of agm.

10 February 2009 If the form is giving problem, best thing is to go to MCA facilitation center, which I did only for one company. I filed about 8, only one gave a similar problem, which was solved by MCA Facilitation Center.
