I have done B.Com from Ignou and I have completed my articleship but my second group of Ipcc not cleared till the date. when I can apply for the B.com degree ?

If you have passed all the papers from IGNOU for Bcom apply immediately, otherwise why do you need to wait or how would that affect your CA Intermediate course?
