27 December 2013 My friend's father wants to create a HUF. he has no Father bt he has only mother.

can he create HUF? in deed whose name he write as Gift received from ____ relative.?

Is deed required to furnished on stamp paper or Frenking on it? if yes, then upto which Amount of stamp/frenking required?
