Actually I am a banker and i want to confirm that can a single person open an HUF account as he is saying that he is having a pan card in the name of HUF but he is saying that there is no other coparceners in this HUF.So please help me for this.

20 November 2010 he cannot. Two persons neede to form HUF though bank account can be operated by karta only.
