How to recover tcs on purchase of car

12 July 2017 My Friend has purchased a car above Rs 10 lakh from dealer.

TCS of 1% is deducted by dealer. This amount is visible in 26AS.

How can i recover this amount of TCS while filing return.

Which head should i use for to recover TCS.
