how to obtain/ view uploaded file of efiled returns

Dear Sir,
I have already filed my return under efiling method & have uploaded the xml file. As I want the uploaded xml file either to view or download, to see the whole datas i have entered.
Can you help me in this regard.

the uploaded file is the same which is stored on your PC. Verify from that

No provision to get back the file. U can only see the ack online.
