I did not file income tax return for ass. year 2011-12

could not able to understand last lines of ur query..but please find as below
1)yes for A.Y.2011-12 you cannot file return electronically
2)so if you want refund you may file return under section 119(2)b seeking condonation of delay with CIT.
3)If CIT approves your request your return will be accepted and processed for refund.
