I want to know how to calculate capital gain -long term/short term on sale of mutual fund
also want to know how to calculate cost of acquisition of mutual fund, if assessee was invested monthly of Rs.15000/- start 3 years back

In which section capital gain tax will show in ITR form?? form applicable??

31 December 2021 For Equity based MF, all the units sold, which were purchased before 12 months from the date of sell will attract Long Term capital gain. otherwise STCG.
The units sold are calculated on FIFO (First In First out basis).
Check the statement for no. of units sold, and its relevant date of purchase.

we have to verify monthly instalments ?? detail working must be required to show in ITR return??

Can i show direct capital gain amount in ITR?? bec.TDS deducted by MF company.??

31 December 2021 No need of detailed working in ITR.
You can directly fill purchase & redemption amount from capital gain statement issued by MF.
