HOW I CALCULATE STCG & LTCG

fOR THE f.y. 2007-08 , I am doing lot of transcation & Now i have 2000 contract note . So its not possible in Excel file for finding STCG & LTCG . Is it any software in market where all the contract note entered & find out STCG & LTCG & also reconcile broker ledger .
2) I am doing transaction in F & O . So what is accounting treatment & whether all the sale & purchase eneterd through contract note.
3) In Contract Note Broker Charged Brokerage , S.Tax , STT & Education Cess - Should i show all this charges seprately or it will less in STCG / LTCG
