25 August 2012 Mother is Purchased a Home on loan and after that Son & Father paid EMI from his Bank A/c. So, that my question is who is proper entitle & claim in I. T. Return for take deduction. Mother, Father or Son. Please give me reply as early as possible.

25 August 2012 in that case mother is entitled to claim in IT return as she is the one who borrowed an amount against her name.

if your a joint owner then you can avail the some part of the interested paid in your I return..
