04 September 2010 A chartered accountant has started his practice in oct 2009 and his receipts from practice are rs 10000 only.however he has given tuitions and income from tuitions from oct 2009 is rs 100000/ for py 2009-2010.his profession is basically practice and he has given tuitions as side income.whether tuitions income should be accounted as pgbp or other sources?

04 September 2010 From the above information it seems that u have more income from tutions and hence tutions income should form part of business income only.
