we have car in the name of firm so sale of such car will attract gst and if yes at what rate?

No GST is not applicable on sale of old car to an individual or firm /company. But if you sell through a vendor who is engaged in selling/ purchasing of old cars GST will be levied on difference of sale price minus purchase price
