please let me know 1000/- Room Rent rule is applicable on Per Room per day or Total Rent of all rooms

08 July 2017 Such exemption is applicable for room having declared rate of less than Rs. 1000/- per room per day. It is possible that a hotel may have some rooms having declared tariff more than that, and some rooms having declared tariff less than that- in such situation exemption shall be available on rooms having declared tariff of less than Rs. 1000 per room per day.
