please let me know 1000/- Room Rent rule is applicable on Per Room per day or Total Rent of all rooms

Such exemption is applicable for room having declared rate of less than Rs. 1000/- per room per day. It is possible that a hotel may have some rooms having declared tariff more than that, and some rooms having declared tariff less than that- in such situation exemption shall be available on rooms having declared tariff of less than Rs. 1000 per room per day.
