Dear Sir/Mam,
Our company is giving bags,diary and keychain to employees with company name on it.
Can we take GST Input Credit on the same??

If the same is given as a gift to the employees then the credit on the same is restricted under section 17(5) as the goods are disposed off by way of gifts.
