I want to form & register a company of 4 members having a business of renewable energy development(Wind mill).What is the rules & regulations,procedure& fees for forming a above mentioned company?

You may apply for registration as a Pvt. Ltd. Company with atleast two directors and minimum 2 members.The application should be submitted on line to McA by following the procedures laid down in the Companies Act,1956 to be read with the Govt. Guidelines issued from time to time in this regard.
