Dear Friends,
I have some basic queries with regard to filing form no.3cd. My queries are:
1.When form no.3cd need to be filed? Along with return of income or after filing return of income?
2.Can it be filed after due date of filing the return?
3.And what is the procedure for filing form no.3cd?
Plz do the needful.Thanks in advance!!!

3Cd is not to be filed anymore with the IT return.
it has to be obtained before 30/9

Presently 3cd is not required to file with the IT department , but you have give the 3cd information in the return which you to file before 30/09
