company) IS REQUIRED TO FILE WHEN WE APPOINT THE ADDITION DIRECTOR.

IF YES WHEN IT IS REQUIRED TO FILE.

AFTER APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR OR BEFORE AND WITH IN MANY DAYS.

24 November 2014 Form DIR- 3C is for intimating DIN of Directors to ROCs.

However the form DIR-3C, to be filed only for director appointed prior to 30th June, 2007.
