Form 61 for extension of agm

21 October 2011 we have filed form 61 for extension of agm but our directors are in default list so mca raised query that all the directors are flagged so you have to file form 67 and attach a letter and mention in that there is no dispute amongst the directors but the problem is that two directors are not available for sign that letter so what shall we do now

You can arrange a Board meeting and Authorise some person to made application to ROC for extension of AGM

Authorise him to sign all papers ,documents....

attach certified copy of board resolution and singed letter and attach to 67.
