sir,
I have passed can final exams in may 2016, but have not completed gmcs.
article ship registration - October 2011.
I want to know what is the time period before which I need to apply form 2.
is it fine if I do gmcs in November 2016, since I am not getting leaves from office.

To become a member of ICAI, completion of GMCS is compulsory and without doing it, you will not be allotted Membership Number. Hence, first finish your GMCS course at the earliest and your Office must permit you to do this course, as it is important part in your career.
