Please confirm whether form 16A for the year 2012-13 are issued quarterly or these can also be issued annually like FORM 16

Please confirm at the earliest as i have not issued form 16a for the year 2012-13 till date.

Periodicity:

You have to issue FORM 16A quarterly.

Due date:

Within fifteen days from the due date for furnishing the statement of tax deducted at source under rule 31A

In your case due date to issue Form 16A already expired so please issue FORM-16A ASAP.
