20 July 2011 what is form 16a? can we take Tds Exemption of F.y.2009-10 while filling individual return of F.Y. 2010-11? is it possible ( like professional fees of F.y.2009-10)

20 July 2011 Form 16A is certificate from deductors that tax has been deducted and deposited.

If income is shown in this year then TDS can be calimed though TDS is of last year in that year otherwise not.
