i am an article assistant from 25-9-07 after passing CPT but can't continue after 3-4 months due to health reasons.
I don't get any Stipend in the mean time.
Now i want to leave my article properly by signing 109 as my principle not done anything in this regards.
pls tell m how to handle that thing.

You should apply to institute by way of hand written latter, if institute aprove it than you can take transfer by way form number 109
