Dear Experts,
I sent my form Articleship Completion form-108 three weeks ago. Today, on enquiring about the same on E-Sahaayta, I got the reply that I have taken 1 day of excess leave and I have to send Form 103 and Form 108 again for the Period of 1 day.
Do I have to execute the deed of articles again with my employer for 1 day period and submit forms 103 and 108?
Please Guide me.

yes there is no doubt u need to serve 1 day when icai says it calculates as per thier record,
