Form 108 ( excess leave of 1 day )

28 January 2015 Dear Experts,

I sent my form Articleship Completion form-108 three weeks ago. Today, on enquiring about the same on E-Sahaayta, I got the reply that I have taken 1 day of excess leave and I have to send Form 103 and Form 108 again for the Period of 1 day.

Do I have to execute the deed of articles again with my employer for 1 day period and submit forms 103 and 108?

Please Guide me.

28 January 2015 yes there is no doubt u need to serve 1 day when icai says it calculates as per thier record,

I have served for tht 1 day leave also.

Do I have to go through same procedure as I did when registering for the Articles three years ago and send the Forms 103 again or just I have to send 107?
